Warm water with ghee 1st intake in morning. Who should avoid. I have issue of itching in skin resulted redness on and off last 5 yrs.

Yes you can take My advice take 5 ml mahatikta ghurth empty stomach at morning with warm water but 1 take ghee and after drinking water ( not mix in warm water) Also take gandhak rashan 2 bd Take kesor gugulu 2 bd Take livtone 2 bd Definitely get good results in skin isssu

Hello, One having weak digestion/indigestion should avoid ghee and/ one who has toxins(ama) should avoid ghee till the digestion becomes strong and the ama factor is addressed with appropriate digestives and carminatives.
With your specific issue itching in skin resulted in redness on and off last 5 years, the following will help: 1. THIKTHAMRIT CAPSULES(pavaman) 1----0----1 after breakfats and after dinner for 90 days. 2. Thikthakam kashayam 15ml----0------15ml by adding 45ml of boiled cooled water one hour before breakfast and one hour before dinner for 90 days. 3. Kaisora Guggulu DS 1-----0------1 with medicine no.2 for 90 days.
