Struggling with Early Morning Wakefulness and Body Pain - #47845

wake up in the early morning around 3:30 to 4:30 am but sleepy during mediation. can't stay awake if sleep wake up with body pain. After walk excercise next day body feels very tired.

Avoid oily spicy and processed foods. Regular exercise and meditation. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Drink sufficient quantity of water. Ashwagandha rishta 20ml twice after meal with lukewarm water. Tab.Brahmi 1-0-1 Follow up after 2 weeks.
