No. There is no strong scientific proof that black grapes vinegar can prevent or dissolve gall bladder stones. It may help digestion and fat metabolism, but gall stones (especially cholesterol stones) are not reliably avoided by vinegar. In some people it can even cause gas, acidity, or pain.
