i need an herb or homeopathic to reduce breast fat or size. i am aware that i cannot spot reduce but i have has a change of fat distribution to stomach and breast in menopause

Triphala churna – ½ tsp at night with warm water
Guggulu (Medohar / Kanchanar Guggulu) – helps fat & glandular balance
Coriander + fennel seed water – daily (reduces pitta & bloating)
Homeopathy (supportive, not guaranteed)
Calcarea carbonica – if weight gain after menopause
Sepia – hormonal fat redistribution
(Use only under a qualified homeopath)
Lifestyle (most important)
Daily brisk walking / yoga (Surya namaskar, twists)
Reduce sugar, milk sweets, refined carbs
