Treatment for psoriasis and itching and scaling on elbow and legs. Congestion in nose and difficulty in breathing when sleeping from right nostril

Hello,
The following will help you manage the symptoms:
1. Thikthakam kashayam 20ml—0----20ml by adding 80 ml of boiled cooled water. for 90 days
2. Psorantol nano capsules(pentacare) 1----0—1 after breakfast and after dinner for 45 days
3. Psorantol nano ointment(pentacare) for external application.
Diet-
1. Avoid brinjal, meat, milk and milk products, pickles while taking the medicines.
2. Drink 2 liters of boile warm water a day.
3. Let there be a gap of 2 hours between dinner and going to bed.
Note-Psoriasis responds very well to medicines after a course of panchakarma treatments.

Avoid chilled, dairy and bakery products.
Regular exercise and meditation.
Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits.
Steam inhalation twice a day.
Use boiled water for drinking.
