Hlo,

1. Mukta Vati Dose: 1 tablet twice daily How to take: After meals with lukewarm water Timing: Morning & evening 👉 If BP readings stay above 160/100, do NOT exceed this dose without our guidence

2. Sarpagandha Vati (low dose) Dose: 125 mg (½ tablet if 250 mg tablet) once at night How to take: After dinner with lukewarm water Purpose: Helps control BP and stress-related headaches ⚠️ Do NOT take if you feel excessive sleepiness, depression, or slow pulse.

3. Brahmi Vati (plain, not gold) Dose: 1 tablet once daily How to take: After breakfast Purpose: Stress reduction, headache relief

4. Arjuna Churna Dose: ½ teaspoon once daily How to take: With warm water after lunch Purpose: Cardiovascular support

Simple Diet Corrections (Very Important) Since your diet is low in fruits & vegetables: Add 1 banana or apple daily Add boiled lauki / tori / pumpkin once daily Reduce salt, tea/coffee, fried foods Avoid late nights

Headache Relief Tip At night: Apply Brahmi oil or plain sesame oil to scalp and soles Gentle massage for 5 minutes
