Is Amritkalash to be taken on an empty stomach? I'm taking it for 260 level of cholesterol and am over 65, a male.

Hi Avoid taking it empty stomach if you want you can take after breakfast and along with it add Tab lipidom -2 BD for better results

- Traditionally: Amrit Kalash is a Rasayana (rejuvenative formulation) meant to be taken daily for immunity, vitality, and balance.

Empty stomach? - It is not usually taken on a completely empty stomach. - Best practice is to take it after meals (especially after breakfast and dinner) so that it digests well and does not feel heavy.

Dietary support: - Favor light, warm, freshly cooked meals. - Reduce fried/oily foods, excess dairy, and refined sugar. - Include barley, millets, green leafy vegetables, garlic, and turmeric.

Lifestyle: Gentle daily exercise, pranayama, and adequate sleep.

Hello Yes you can take Amritkalash when your stomach’s empty. But since you’re a bit older and your cholesterol’s up there, getting the timing and amount right is super important so it helps you without messing with your digestion.

YOUR CONCERN

Being 65+ with cholesterol around 260 means:

–Your Kapha and Meda are out of whack (basically, your fat stuff is off). –Your metabolism’s probably a bit slow. –You’re starting to lose some Ojas (that’s like your energy).

–Amritkalash is good because it: Helps your cells get better. Fights those bad antioxidant thingies. Tweak immune system. But it doesn’t directly lower cholesterol.

THE RIGHT WAY TO TAKE AMRITKALASH

How much for someone your age:

👉 Just half a teaspoon, once a day. When’s best: 👉 In the morning, before you eat anything.

Amritkalash can be heavy and filling. If your digestion isn’t great: –You might gain weight. –Your Kapha could get worse. –Your cholesterol might even go up. So, you gotta help it out with good digestion habits.

WHAT YOU NEED TO ADD (really important)

If you’re taking Amritkalash for cholesterol, also take

1.Triphala churna Half a teaspoon with warm water before bed. This will: –Help your body deal with fats better. –Stop gunk from building up. –Keep you regular.

Yes Amrithkalash will help to reduce cholesterol level but only one medicine is not enough for it so u should take some other medicines too so start with Navaka Guggulu Tab 2 bd after food Amrithkalash 1tsp twice a day before food with warm water
