- itna sugar bhut high h , 2 mg only is not sufficient.
Take this also-
1)NISHAMALAKI TABLET= 1 tab twice daily before meals
2)CHANDRAPRABHA VATI= 1 tab twice daily after meals
3)TRIPHALA CHURNA= 1 tsp in warm water at bedtime
4)KARELA JAMUN JUICE= 15ml with water on empty stomach
-आहार:
चीनी, मिठाई, जूस, तेल-घी वाले खाद्य पदार्थ कम करें।
दलिया, साबुत अनाज, सब्ज़ियाँ, अंकुरित दालें, नींबू पानी शामिल करें।
-विहार :
हल्की-फुल्की व्यायाम / योग: प्राणायाम, पद्मासन, भुजंगासन।
पर्याप्त नींद, मानसिक तनाव कम।
-फॉलो-अप:
15–20 दिन में ब्लड शुगर की जांच कराएँ।

BUT FOR SOME PERIOD OF TIME YOU HAVE TO TAKE ALLOPATHIC MEDICATION AND THEN SLOWLY TAPER IT.
