हाँ, piles (बवासीर) में अनार का juice पी सकते हैं, यह actually beneficial होता है। अनार ठंडा (pitta शांत करने वाला) और हल्का astringent होता है, जिससे bleeding tendency कम करने और gut को soothe करने में मदद मिलती है। कैसे लें: आप रोज 1 glass (150–200 ml) ताजा अनार का juice ले सकते हैं, बेहतर है सुबह या दोपहर में लें। बहुत ज्यादा ठंडा या फ्रिज का juice न लें। ध्यान रखने वाली बातें: अगर constipation है, तो सिर्फ juice से काम नहीं चलेगा। stools soft रखना सबसे जरूरी है, वरना piles बार-बार बढ़ेगा। इसके लिए: पानी ज्यादा पिएं diet में fiber बढ़ाएं (फल, सब्जी, इसबगोल) ज्यादा spicy, fried और junk food avoid करें रात को सोते समय 1–2 चम्मच इसबगोल गुनगुने पानी के साथ ले सकते हैं। अगर burning या bleeding ज्यादा हो: Triphala churna 3 grams रात में Arshkuthar ras 1 tablet दिन में 2 बार खाने के बाद Simple समझ: अनार juice safe है और helpful भी, लेकिन साथ में bowel movement सही रखना ही main treatment है। For proper piles management and long-term relief, you can consult me.
