This is a pitta + vata condition together. There is heat causing inflammation, but at the same time dryness and weak digestion are increasing vata. That’s why drying medicines are not suiting you and causing more bloating and regurgitation. You need mild cooling + gentle nourishment + digestion support, not strong pitta-reducing or drying medicines. Keep diet soft, slightly unctuous and easy to digest. Take rice, moong dal khichdi, well-cooked vegetables. Add 1–2 tsp ghee daily, this will reduce dryness and support digestion. Avoid completely spicy, sour, fermented and fried food. Do not take raw salads or very light/dry food for long, as it is increasing your dryness and dizziness. Take small frequent meals instead of large meals. Drink small sips of warm water, avoid excess water at once. Continue Dadimashtaka in small dose after food as it is helping, but do not take with very hot water. Medicines: Shatavari churna 3 grams twice daily with milk. Yashtimadhu churna 1 gram twice daily. Guduchi satva 500 mg twice daily. Avipattikar can be stopped for now since it is increasing regurgitation. These will reduce internal heat while supporting moisture and healing. At night, you can take 1 tsp ghee in warm milk, this will help dryness, gut lining, and sleep. Avoid overthinking and stress, as it directly affects gut sensitivity in this condition. This condition improves slowly with the right balance, not aggressive treatment.
