●Ingredients (equal amounts) Dried ginger – digestive, Aam hara (aam hara) Beneficial Pippali – digestive booster, digestive stimulant Dried curry leaves – digestive juice stimulant Celery – anti-flatulence, anti-gas Black pepper – anti-phlegm and anti-flatulence Cumin – digestive supporter, asafoetida – excellent anti-flatulence Make a fine powder of all and store it safely. ●How does this combination work in the body? • Trikatu (dried ginger, long pepper, black pepper) → Agni (fire-igniting). • Celery and asafoetida (wind-relieving and gas-relieving). • Cumin and curry leaves (increase digestive secretions). Ghee delivers the medicine to the subtle pathways. This combination performs all three functions: lightening, digestion, and gas-relieving. ●Classical method of consumption Do Take 5 grams of powder, mix in a little cow’s ghee, and a pinch of rock salt. Consume with the first bite of food. To improve digestion start with Heposem tablet 1-0-1 after food with water,will improve liver function and improve digestion. Jeerakarisht 10ml twice daily after food with water Have buttermilk with pinch of asafoetida black salt and roasted jeera powder after lunch daily, this will give you the good bacteria required for gut health. Triphala tablet 0-0-1 after food with warm water at bedtime , will help in cleansing of intestine.
