no , swarnprashan is preventive medicine for immunity , it is not curative medicine child is having loose motions , and swarnprashan contain ghee n honey , as digestive fire is weak at this time , it can worsen diarrhoea mustharista - 10-15 ml with equal water twice after food dadimastaka churna - 5-7gm mix with buttermilk vilwadi lehyam - 5-10 gm twice 30 min before meal with water kottamchukkadi chooran - if headache is intense then take this powder mix with water and apply paste locally on forehead avoid - spicy oily pack processed foods , more sugary salty foods diet - “ get more hydration “ , add green lefy vegtables , cucumber, fruits , coconut water .

The presence of sticky stool is indicating the presence of undigested metabolic toxins 👇👇👇👇👇 Swarna prashna is excellent for long term immunity so I generally recommend you to first clear the toxins and stabilize the digestion before starting it as it is heavy nature it might be difficult to digest during active belly problem 👇👇👇👇 1) mustarishtam - 10 ml with equal lukewarm water twice daily after food 2) dadimashtaka churna- 3 gram aur 1/2 teaspoon twice daily before food with honey or warm wate 3) patolkaturohinyadi kwath- 10 ml with 30 ml warm water morning and evening on empty stomach 4) hinguvachadi choornam- 1 gram once daily with first bite of your lunch 👇👇👇👇👇 Favored Foods: Takra (Buttermilk): Specifically prepared with a pinch of roasted cumin (Jeera) powder and ginger. Old rice, well-cooked and warm. Vegetables: Bottle gourd (Lauki), pointed gourd (Parwal), and papaya. Spices: Ginger, cumin, coriander, and fennel. Avoid: Curd/Yogurt (use buttermilk instead). Heavy, oily, or deep-fried foods. Cold drinks and refrigerated food. Leafy greens in excess (can be hard to digest during loose motions). Avoid drinking large amounts of water immediately after meals. Sip small amounts of warm water throughout the day. A warm compress on the belly can help if there is bloating or discomfort accompanying the sticky stools.

Swarna Prashan is generally given to improve immunity and digestion, but for a child with frequent stomach problems, loose stools, or jaundice, it is not recommended until digestion is stable What to do instead Give light, cooked food: rice, dal, khichdi, steamed veggies Give Triphala churna ¼ tsp at night with warm water (for gentle bowel regulation) Avoid junk food, cold drinks, oily food Give plenty of warm water For headaches, ensure adequate sleep and hydration
