constipation it's right from my childhood now only I understood that everyday bowel movement should be there. on Jan 5th my system got upset I had vomiting and diarrhoea was admitted for2 days.diarrhoea happened without my knowledge from then on stool pattern changed and I developed fissures everyday early morning 3 or 4 am twice in a day I used washroom but didn't have normal stool it was like bits ex chocos Jan full month was on curd rice home cooked few dishes I ate after a week stool kind of became nirmal had outside cooked briyani 2 spoon next again stool was not ok completely avoided egg and non veg after a long time by end of March stool kind of became normal but constipation started fir 2 to 3 days then it was suggested by my relative to have kadukai powder if I consume bowel movement will be there but at times after kadukkai too bowel movement won't be there yesterday I tool a little more so first time it eas normal and immediately after some 20 min loose stool happened. so concerned to know whether to take it regularly or not what can be done for fissures please advice I apply annovate cream and do sitz bath daily at night. fissures developed after2 to 3 days of hospitalisation

About constipation (long-term) You have chronic Vata-type constipation since childhood Goal = soft daily stool, not forceful purgation Do this Take Haritaki (Kadukkai) low dose only at night (½ tsp with warm water) Don’t take high dose → causes loose stool (like you experienced) Can take daily in small dose safely Better option Triphala churna ½ tsp at night (more gentle than Kadukkai) For fissure (important) Fissure is due to hard stool + straining Continue Sitz bath 👍 Wh5 ointment Add Ghee (1–2 tsp daily) in diet → softens stool Warm milk at night

Gandharvahastadi oil 1 tsp at night (for easy motion) Jatyadi taila local application (healing) Diet rules (very important) Eat warm, soft food only Avoid: spicy, biryani, outside food Take: rice, dal, ghee, boiled veggies Drink warm water Your condition timeline It may take 4–8 weeks to stabilize bowel + heal fissure

The symptoms which you are experienceing about a chronic cycle of constipation with episodes of loose stool complicated by anal Fisher with severe bout of gastroenteritis So here we will focus on regulate the apana vata soften the stool without causing dependency aur irritation and promote the healing of anal mucosa 1) Gandharv hastaadi castor oil- 10 ml at bed time with warm water or milk 2) avipathi churna- 3 gram before breakfast with warm water 3) vilwadi lehyam- one teaspoon twice daily 30 minute after food 4) jatyadi thailam- apply locally after sitz bath and before and after Bowel movement 5) triphala ghritam- one teaspoon at night With warm water if you are stool is very hard 👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇 Since you mentioned “bits like choco,” the stool is severely dehydrated. Increase intake of soluble fiber through cooked vegetables like bottle gourd (Lauki), ridge gourd (Turai), and pumpkin. Include 1-2 teaspoons of A2 cow ghee in every meal. Completely avoid spicy food, chili, caffeine, and fermented foods (except fresh buttermilk) for at least 4 weeks. Freshly prepared buttermilk with a pinch of roasted cumin powder and ginger is excellent for restoring gut flora after the January “upset.” Drink lukewarm water throughout the day. Avoid cold or iced water, which can further aggravate Vata and slow down peristalsis. squatting position - while using the toilet to ease the passage of stool and reduce strain on the fissures. 👇👇👇👇👇👇👇 Fissure Care Continue the warm water sitz bath, but add a few drops of Pinda Thailam or a small amount of Triphala Kwatha (decoction) to the water to enhance healing and reduce inflammation. So Switching to an oil-based laxative like Gandharvahasthadi is often gentler for fissure patients as it lubricates the passage.

Hello, You’re dealing with chronic constipation + post infection bowel sensitivity + fissure, so treatment should be gentle, regular and non habit forming Avoid strong laxatives dependency (like frequent Kadukkai in high dose) About Kadukkai (Haritaki) -Good medicine , but NOT for daily high dose use -overuse-> loose stools + irritation (what you experienced) Use only -1/4 tsp at night with warm water, only when no bowel for 2 days Not as a daily habit Core Ayurvedic approach (fix root vata imbalance) Your pattern= vata aggravation in colon (apana vata disturbance) Morning (empty stomach) -Triphala churna= 1/2 tsp in warm water =mild regulator, not harsh After breakfast -Vilwadi gulika= 1 tab =stabilizes gut after infection Night (main key) -Gandharvahastadi kashaya= 15ml + warm water before bed =best for chronic constipation without dependency FOR FISSURE HEALING Continue what you’re doing but refine External -sitz bath 2 times daily not only night Apply -jatyadi taila (better healing then cream) -you can continue Anovate if pain is severe, but dont depend long term Internal support -Avipatikar Churna= 1/2 tsp at night with warm water if burnin sensation/pain present Diet very important- this is where you’re going wrong Your gut is still sensitive after infection-> avoid sudden heavy foods Avoid for now 1-2 months -biryani/ outside oily food -egg and non veg temporarily -bakrery , maida -spicy, fried Eat -warm foods only -rice + ghee very important for fissure -moong dal -boiled vegetables carrot, ash gourd, pumpkin -buttermilk daytime only not night Add daily -1 tsp ghee at night with rice or warm milk= softens stool naturally Bowel training very important -go to toilet same time daily morning -dont strain -even if no urge sit for 5-10 mins Your issue is long term functional ,not just constipation Avoid quick fixes like frequent haritaki- focus on daily gentle regulation + gut healing Do follow Hope this might be helpful Thank you
