मेरा गलब्लोडर 10 साल पहले निकल चुका तभी से मुझे एसिडिटी की प्रॉब्लम शाम 4 बजे के बाद पेट मे जलन होती है जो पैरों तक जांघो ,पिंडलियों तक जाती है इसके इलाज के लिए Dr ने पैन80 gasex और द कैप्सूल दिया है 10 दिन से ले रहा हूँ पर आराम नहीं हो रहा है।

Digestion & Acidity Take Trikatu churna ½ to 1 tsp with warm water after meals. Drink Ajwain (carom seeds) water 1 tsp in warm water once daily. Avoid fried, oily, spicy, and heavy food, especially after 4 pm. 2. For burning pain spreading to legs Take Punarnava churna 1–2 g twice daily Apply Dhanvantharam or Mahanarayan oil for leg massage at night if pain spreads Eat small, light meals Walk after meals Avoid late-night eating and alcohol

जब पित्ताशय नहीं होता, तो यकृत (Liver) से निकलने वाला पित्त सीधे आंतों में गिरता है, जिससे पाचन असंतुलित हो सकता है। 1) avipathi Choornam- 1 tsf रात को सोते समय गुनगुना पानी के साथ 2) dhanwantharam gulika-दिन में दो बार (सुबह-शाम)+ जीरे का पानी के साथ भोजन से 30 मिनट पहले 3)alsactil tablet- 1 tab साधारण पानी के साथ 4) sukumaar kwath - 15ml+45 ml water सुबह और शाम खाली पेट हल्का गर्म पानी के साथ क्या करें एक साथ भारी भोजन करने के बजाय दिन में 5-6 बार थोड़ा-थोड़ा खाएं। दोपहर का भोजन 12-1 बजे के बीच और रात का भोजन शाम 7-8 बजे तक कर लें ताकि शाम 4 बजे वाली जलन की तीव्रता कम हो सके। नारियल पानी, मिश्री मिला हुआ धनिये का पानी या सौंफ का पानी पिएं। रात को बाई करवट (Left side) सोएं, इससे एसिड रिफ्लक्स कम होता है। क्या न करें अधिक तेल, घी, और गहरे तले हुए खाद्य पदार्थों से बचें क्योंकि पित्त की कमी के कारण इन्हें पचाना कठिन होता है। लाल मिर्च, अत्यधिक गरम मसाला, सिरका, नींबू और बहुत खट्टी दही का सेवन बंद कर दें। चाय और कॉफी का सेवन खाली पेट बिल्कुल न करें। खाना खाने के कम से कम 2 घंटे बाद ही सोएं।
