How to use shatavari for balancing vata and pitta inflammation in the gut with loose motions and bloating? - #53176

Will having shatavari for 7 days balance vata and pitta inflammation in gut?Was facing loose motion (slightly sticky)once a day ,bloating, frequent hunger,acidity, dry skin. So took panchkol to digest aam & dadimashtaka.Now motion is not sticky. Acidity gone.But bloating,dry skin ,& motion is very loosely Formed.On having spicy food frequency of motion increases.Taking giloy, watermelon something to balance pitta causes severe bloating,burps,dry skin.So will shatavari help me with these?I don't want increases my weight.So in 7 days will vata pitta balanced?
