Rx- Tab triphala (dhoodpapeshwar) 1 tablet at night. Tab. Gandhak rasayan-1 tablet twice a day. Advice Sitz bath( neem leaves+ haldi) Jatayadi tel local application ( take cotton bud and apply it inside out). Best for healing of ulcers . You can take pichu of jatayadi tel. You will get best results from this .
