Warmth helps stimulate peristalsis. • Healthy Fats: Add a teaspoon of A2 Ghee to your meals or warm milk. This lubricates the intestinal walls. • Fiber-Rich Diet: Prioritize cooked vegetables (like bottle gourd or papaya) and whole grains. The Don’ts: • Dry/Cold Foods: Avoid crackers, popcorn, and cold salads, as these increase the “dryness” of Vata. • Suppression: Never ignore the natural urge to evacuate, as this further dries the stool. • Excessive Caffeine: Limit tea and coffee, which act as diuretics and can dehydrate the colon.
