Moderate fibrosis (F2–F3 stage) This is reversible if managed properly, but it needs a structured plan, not a single medicine. Will Liv 52 DS solve it? Liv 52 DS No, not alone It can support liver function Mild detox effect Helps in early fatty liver But in your case: Grade 3 fatty liver Fibrosis already present IBS + constipation + hypertension Liv 52 DS alone is too mild It won’t reverse fibrosis significantly. arogyavardhini vati → best for fatty liver + metabolism punarnavadi kashayam → reduces liver inflammation & swelling bhumyamalaki churna → liver cell healing triphala churna (at night) → IBS constipation correction gandharvahastadi tailam (mild dose) → bowel regulation virechana (therapeutic purgation) → BEST for fatty liver + fibrosis basti (medicated enema) → IBS + Vata correction Strictly avoid: Sugar, jaggery excess Fried food, refined oil Bakery, maida Daytime sleeping
