Fatty liver improves mainly with diet + routine, home remedies can support but consistency is key. Avoid sugar, fried food, alcohol, and packaged items. Keep meals light and regular. Daily 30–40 min walk is very important. Include more vegetables, fiber, and warm water in your routine. Do not skip meals or overeat. At home: Start your day with warm water + lemon. You can take 1 tsp soaked fenugreek (methi) seeds in the morning. Garlic in small amount daily also helps liver metabolism. Keep dinner early and light. Maintain proper sleep. Arogyavardhini vati – 1 tablet twice daily after food Liv-52 tablet – 1 tablet twice daily Triphala tablet – 1 tablet at bedtime These help support liver function and digestion gradually.
