What to do for continual diarrhea and high blood pressure with bloating and poor appetite? - #53707

I suffer from colitus. Lately I have had continual diarrhea longer than at any other time which normally after a week returns to normal. I have continual tummy bloating and My blood pressure is high. My doctor wants me to take blood pressure tablets but this is not addressing the reason why I have diarrhea which I believe could be connected to the high blood pressure my body might be putting my blood pressure up to help me survive. My appetite appears to non existent in the mornings as the day goes on it returns until after a few hours after I have eaten then the bloating and diarrhea. My sleep also appears to be disrupted i wake during the night. I eat a healthy diet and drink plenty of water. I don't have blood in the stools and had a colonoscopy last year that was clear. My hair is brittle and skin has rosacea.All this is stressing me out as I am aware my body can't be getting the nutrients it needs in order to heal. Should I fast, what on earth is wrong with me?
