Hello i have reflux issue since 2.5 month. Taking antacids.Changed lifestyle . But my voice has changed .. i am doing mindful Eating But don't know what to eat and what not to eat. Please guide me. Don't want to be on antacids. I am 39 year old. Started walking and yoga also
