Breastfeeding ke time weight gain supplements (market wale) lena generally safe nahi mana jata, kyunki unme artificial ingredients, sugars ya chemicals ho sakte hain jo baby ko indirectly affect kar sakte hain. Isliye abhi unko avoid karna better rahega. Natural tarike se weight gain zyada safe aur effective hota hai: Diet me include karein: Doodh + ghee Khajoor (dates) aur soaked badam Moong dal, roti, chawal with ghee Homemade ladoo (gond, dry fruits) Din me 2–3 baar thoda thoda karke khayein, ek baar me heavy na lein. Ghar par: Raat ko doodh me 1–2 khajoor ubal kar le sakti hain, yeh strength aur weight dono badhata hai. Shatavari churna – 1 teaspoon doodh ke saath raat ko Ashwagandha churna – ½ teaspoon doodh ke saath raat ko Yeh safe hai lactation me aur strength improve karta hai.
