This is a long-standing and severe case of ulcerative colitis, with frequent bowel movements indicating active intestinal inflammation. In such cases, treatment needs to focus on soothing the gut and reducing irritation, not strong digestion stimulants. Keep diet very simple and protective: Avoid spicy, fried, raw, and fibrous foods. Take soft foods like rice, moong dal, pomegranate, boiled vegetables. Avoid milk if it worsens symptoms. Eat small, frequent meals. Strictly avoid outside food and maintain regular timing. At home, you can take: Pomegranate juice (fresh) in small quantity Buttermilk with roasted jeera (if it suits you) Kutajghan vati – 1 tablet three times daily after food Musta churna – ½ teaspoon twice daily with warm water Dadimashtak churna – ½ teaspoon twice daily after food This helps reduce frequency, control inflammation, and improve bowel consistency. Since frequency is very high (10 times/day), regular medical follow-up is important. If there is blood, weakness, or dehydration, do not delay proper medical care.
