Yes, it’s absolutely ok to drink tea of dried aswatha leaves as it contains anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidants. Just try to drink it in regulation and in small portions not more than 30ml. You can replace it with blue tea made with aparijita flowers. You can add arogyavardhini vati 2Tab. b.d. after food and punarmava kwath 15ml o.d.
