Musli churna high blood pressure wale patients ke liye zyada matra mein lena safe nahin hai. Safe Matra 3 gram tak din mein ek ya do baar lena theek hai. 10 gram rozana lena uchit nahin hai, isse pachan mein heaviness, gas ya metabolism par extra load aa sakta hai. Anupana (vehicle): garam doodh ya garam paani ke saath lena sabse accha hai.

Hello, Musli generally can be used in some people with high blood pressure, but whether it is appropriate for you depends on your Bp control, medicines, and why you want to take it (strength, libido, weakness etc). It is not automatically unsafe for the heart, but I would be cautious about jumping to 10 gms Practical view -3 gms is a much more conservative starting point than 10 gms -10 gms may be too much to start with especially if you have never used it before Important if you have high blood pressure -If your bp is uncontrolled, or you have heart disease, kindly focus on that Possible side effects can happen, though not everyone gets tham -indigestion heaviness in some people -may not suit everyone’s digestion or constitution -quality/adulteration issues can matter- use a relaible brand Monitor -bp readings -digestion -any palpitation, discomfort, or unusal symptoms Thank you
