मेरी आयु 35 वर्ष है। मेरी प्रकृति पित्त की है। मुझे कब्ज की समस्या है। वर्तमान में पतंजलि त्रिफ़ला चूर्ण 1 चम्मच रात मे ले रहा हूं। पर मलत्याग समय से नहीं हो रहा है। सिर्फ केवल गैस निकल रही है। जोर लगाने से भी नहीं हो रहा है। सुबह 3-4 गिलास गुनगुने पानी के पीता हूं। योग भी करता हूं। जैसे:- पवनमुक्त आसन, भुजंगासन। खाना खाने के तुरन्त बाद 5-10 मिनिट वज्रासन करता हूं। कब्ज की वजह से चर्म रोग भी हो जाता हैं। मौसम बदलने से भी चर्म रोग हो जाता है। (खासकर सर्दी से गर्मी मौसम आने पर)। पसीना बहुत आता है। हाथ के ऊपर और पैर पर दाने निकल आते हैं। दवाई लेने पर ठीक हो जाते है, पर फिर आ जाते है। बलगम की भी समस्या है। खाना खाने के तुरन्त बाद बलगम आती है। इन सबका मूल कारण कब्ज और पित्त प्रकृति ही है। आयुर्वेदिक दवाइयां और syrup बताएं। जिससे मैं ठीक हो जाऊ। और कितने महीने लेना है। विशेष:- मेरी ड्यूटी का कोई निश्चित समय नहीं है। मुझे 24 घंटे में कभी भी ड्यूटी पर जाना पड़ सकता है। उदाहरण के लिए मेरी ड्यूटी रात में 2:00 बजे खत्म हो सकती है और मुझे ड्यूटी के लिए रात में 2:00 बजे भी जाना पड़ सकता है। मेरी ड्यूटी का समय अनियमित है। उत्तर हिंदी में बताएं, ताकि सही तरीके से समझ सकू। धन्यवाद

वात बढ़ने से आपके कोलन में ड्राइनेस होगयी जिस से स्टूल हार्ड एंड dry है । आप बताए गए दवाईयां ले रेगुलरली - उसमे इंस्ट्रक्शन बी हैं कैसे लेनी है । ॰करने योग्य :- 1 tsp गाय का घी हर बार भोजन में डाले पूरे दिन बस गर्म पानी पियें भिंडी खाये , भीगी हुई किसमिस , स्टीम्ड एपल्स योगा चालू रखें - प्राणायाम और पवनमुक्तासन पे जायदा ध्यान दें पैर कि तलवे और नबी में सोते समाये तेल से मसाज करे ॰न करे :- सूखे खाने की चीजे जैसे पॉपकॉर्न ड्राई टोस्ट चिप्स आदि ना खाये चाय कॉफी कम पिए त्रिफला बाई जायदा मात्र में ना लें

आपकी समस्या में कब्ज + पित्त imbalance + अनियमित दिनचर्या तीनों मिलकर काम कर रहे हैं, इसलिए सिर्फ त्रिफला से पूरी राहत नहीं मिल रही है। सबसे पहले root cause पर काम करना जरूरी है: आप गुनगुना पानी और योग सही कर रहे हैं, लेकिन आपकी ड्यूटी timing irregular है, जिससे bowel reflex disturb हो रहा है। कुछ जरूरी बदलाव करें: सुबह उठने का एक approx fix time रखें (चाहे shift बदले) खाना समय पर और हल्का रखें, late night heavy खाना avoid करें बहुत spicy, oily, tea ज्यादा लेना कम करें गैस और सूखी कब्ज के लिए: खाने में रोज 1–2 चम्मच घी जरूर लें रात को बहुत देर से खाना न खाएं घर पर: रात को सोने से पहले 1 चम्मच घी गुनगुने दूध में लें या गरम पानी के साथ लें त्वचा के लिए: नीम या त्रिफला पानी से हल्का धो सकते हैं पसीने के बाद skin dry रखें Avipattikar tablet – 1 टैबलेट रात के खाने से पहले Triphala churna – 1 चम्मच रात को (continue, but adjust dose as needed) Gandhak rasayan – 1 टैबलेट दिन में 2 बार खाने के बाद यह combination कब्ज + पित्त + skin issues तीनों को साथ में ठीक करेगा। समय: कम से कम 6–8 हफ्ते नियमित लें, फिर स्थिति के अनुसार कम करें। सबसे important: Routine जितना stable करेंगे, उतनी जल्दी सुधार मिलेगा। Regards, Dr Raghuveer (Ayurvedacharya)
