How I reduce my breast size plz give me good advice I am very stressed from this problem I am 17 years old and My breast size is 40 it's looking very bad clothes doesn't fit me I can't wear what I wanted

Wearing a well-fitted supportive bra can also improve comfort and appearance. –tell me first hv u taken any supplements before? – any history of thyroid or recently done any blood test? —Investigations advised CBC TSH Prolactin LH, FSH Serum Estrogen, Testosterone Blood Sugar —rx 1) Menofit – 1 tab bd after food 2) Shatavari Kalpa – 1 tsp bd with milk 3) Livomyn – 1 tab bd after food 4) Kanchanar Guggulu – 2 tabs BD after food 5) Varunadi Kwath – 15 ml with equal water BD before food —Pathya (Advice) Reduce sugar, fried, and junk food Daily brisk walking / exercise 30–45 min Maintain healthy BMI Proper posture + supportive bra — follow up after 15 days or before with reports

High sugar/fat diet → increases Meda (fat) Low activity → fat deposition in chest area High stress → hormonal imbalance 1. Diet (most important) Reduce: sweets, fried food, bakery, cold drinks Take: warm, light food (roti, dal, vegetables) Add spices: Trikatu – helps fat metabolism 2. Herbal support Triphala – detox + fat balance Guggulu – supports fat reduction 3. Exercise (essential) Daily 30–40 min: brisk walking, skipping Chest-focused yoga: push-ups, plank, Surya Namaskar 4.
