Curd is heavy, sour, and heating (Ushna) Honey is light, scraping, and slightly cooling (Sheeta) Their opposite qualities can disturb digestion (Agni) and may lead to Ama (toxins) formation over time advice: Avoid mixing regularly If needed, take curd with a little sugar or black pepper instead Take honey separately, never heated
