Bacche mein chronic constipation + growth delay ko Ayurveda mein Mandagni (weak digestion) + Mal sanchay maana jata hai. Isme sirf potty nikalna nahi, balki pachan shakti aur poshan sudharna zaroori hota hai. 1. Agni (Digestion) sudhare: Subah halka garam paani dein Khane se pehle 1–2 chutki ajwain + sendha namak Hing ka halka use khane mein 2. Mal nikalne ke liye (Mild laxative): Raat ko 1–2 chammach garm doodh + thoda ghee Ya Munakka (bhigi hui) 2–3 den 3. Pet ko strong kare (Gut nourishment): Cow ghee daily diet mein Moong dal, khichdi, daliya jaise easy digest food Junk, bakery, cold drinks avoid 4. Routine & habits: Roz ek fixed time potty ki aadat dalwaye Bacche ko active rakhein (khelna zaroori hai) 5. Growth ke liye: Proper sleep + poshak aahar
