elevated liver results for non alcholic , vegeterian 41 year old woman. please help GGT - 103 U/L AST - 56 U/L ALT - 42 U/L

For 1 week take 1 time boil vegetables in night morning time take chirayata kwath , breakfast take some fresh fruit mixture chat like papaya orange grapes, guava, avoid all oily and spicy food , tea , coffee, its want proper treatment then consult with me personally

Elevated liver enzymes (GGT, AST, ALT) in a non-alcoholic person indicate liver stress and impaired Agni (digestion/metabolism). In Ayurveda, this is mainly due to Pitta imbalance and Ama (toxins) accumulation in Yakrit – liver. 1. Detox & Liver Support (Yakrit Shodhan): Take Kutki or Kalmegh in small doses – supports liver cleansing Warm water throughout the day to flush toxins 2. Improve Digestion (Agni Deepan): Start meals with ginger + lemon + a pinch of rock salt Avoid overeating and late-night meals 3. Diet (Pitta-pacifying): Take light, fresh, vegetarian food: moong dal, lauki, tori, leafy greens Avoid oily, fried, spicy, packaged, and excess sugar foods 4. Helpful Herbs: Amla – antioxidant, supports liver Bhumyamalaki – excellent for liver enzyme balance 5. Lifestyle: Daily 30 min walk + gentle yoga (twists help liver) Sleep on time
