How to treat chronic bloating and weakness with dizziness and hair loss? - #54284
I am having bloating problem for las 5-6 years.With this i feel very bloated all the time i cannot eat my food properly.I feel weak with no energy most of the time.I have dizziness and hairloss problem also with this for last many years.Local doctor has given me DSR for this problem but with is symtom subsides marginally but the problem is still their after your medication is over.Their is very less effect for bloating with this medication.

Your symptoms suggest a chronic imbalance of Agni (digestive fire) with Vata–Kapha aggravation, leading to Ama (toxins) formation. This explains bloating, weakness, dizziness, constipation, and hair fall together. Ayurvedic Management 1. Improve Digestion (Agni Deepan & Ama Pachan) Take warm water throughout the day Before meals: small piece of ginger + rock salt After meals: Ajwain + black salt (½ tsp) 2. Herbal Support Triphala churna – 1 tsp at bedtime with warm water (for constipation & detox) Hingwashtak churna – ½ tsp with meals (reduces gas & bloating) Jeerakadyarishta – 15 ml with equal water after meals (improves digestion & energy) 3. Diet Prefer: light, warm, easily digestible food (khichdi, moong dal, vegetable soups) Avoid: fried, heavy, cold, bakery, excess tea Eat at fixed timings, avoid overeating 4. Lifestyle Do Vajrasana after meals (5–10 min) Practice Pranayama (Anulom Vilom) daily Sleep on time, avoid late nights 5. Doctor i have some issues with raisin and many dry fruits as it aggravates my throat pain and i catch cold with it.Secondly i have issues with amla also as it aggravates my sinus problems and i don’t feel good after taking it.Can you recommend something else other than this.
Take tab Gandrav haritki - 1 tab at bed time with lukewarm water Along with jeerkyadirisht - 15 ml twice a day after meal with equal quantity of water
