have flatulence dyspesia since 3 months agef 86 y. gtg stomsch irritation after breakfast. tsking coolmelon syrub 2 tsp.still gtg irritation after food.is it ok can i continue

this condition is mainly related to low digestive fire (Mandagni) with Vata aggravation, common in old age (Vata stage of life). 1. Diet correction (most important) Eat small, soft, and warm meals Prefer moong dal khichdi, rice water (kanji), soups Avoid raw food, cold items, milk at night, fried food Eat slowly and avoid overeating 2. Simple home remedy After meals: fennel (saunf) + ginger water in small quantity Or 1/4 tsp ajwain with warm water after food for gas relief 3. Herbal support Hing (asafoetida) water in very mild dose for gas Triphala (small dose at night) if constipation is present 4.Light 10–15 min walk after meals Avoid lying down immediately after eating
