Is my upper back pain caused by gallstones and can Ayurvedic treatment cure it? - #54450

I have gastric problem from 5 months, 3 months back Doctor diagnosed as IBS and taking Ayurvedic treatment from 3 months which included Virechana followed by medicines. 5 months back ultrasound scan showed 3-4mm gall stone. Also have upper middle back pain from 4 months. Currently Ayurvedic doctor prescribed below Bilagyl 1 teaspoon in evening Pithorin tablet 1-0-1 After food Tikta Kashaya 15ml - 0 - 15ml before food Question: Is my back pain is due to gall stone? If yes, will it be cured by current medicine ?

Kya back pain gallstone ki wajah se hai?
Ho bhi sakta hai, ho bhi nahi.
Gallstone pain usually right side upper abdomen se start hoke right shoulder/back me jata hai (especially fatty food ke baad).
Aapka stone 3–4 mm (chhota) hai → aksar silent hota hai
IBS + gas bhi upper/mid back pain de sakta hai
Isliye aapka pain zyada chances gas/IBS related hai, gallstone less likely (unless typical pain ho).
Kya current medicines se gallstone/back pain theek hoga?
Aap jo le rahe ho:
Bilagyl
Pithorin
Tikta Kashaya
Yeh mainly Pitta + digestion + liver support ke liye hai
IBS & acidity me help karega
Gallstone dissolve karne me strong effect nahi hota (especially already formed stone)
1) Gallstone + liver support
Varunadi kwath – 15 ml + equal water, din me 2 baar (before food)
Punarnava mandoor – 1 tab, din me 2 baar after food
2) IBS + gas (main cause of pain)
Hingwashtak churna – 1/2 tsp after lunch & dinner
Avipattikar churna – 1 tsp raat ko (agar acidity hai)
3) Back pain relief
Mahanarayan taila se halka massage daily
Garam sek (hot fomentation)
Diet (bahut important)
Avoid: oily, spicy, fried, fast food
Take: warm food, khichdi, jeera water
Fatty food se agar pain badhta hai → gallstone confirm symptom

Without food also there is dull pain in upper back
