Is my upper back pain caused by gallstones and can Ayurvedic treatment cure it? - #54450

I have gastric problem from 5 months, 3 months back Doctor diagnosed as IBS and taking Ayurvedic treatment from 3 months which included Virechana followed by medicines. 5 months back ultrasound scan showed 3-4mm gall stone. Also have upper middle back pain from 4 months. Currently Ayurvedic doctor prescribed below Bilagyl 1 teaspoon in evening Pithorin tablet 1-0-1 After food Tikta Kashaya 15ml - 0 - 15ml before food Question: Is my back pain is due to gall stone? If yes, will it be cured by current medicine ?
