This looks like Agni mandya (weak digestive fire) with Ama formation and Kapha–Vata imbalance, leading to bloating (“pot belly”), gas retention, and water brash (Amla pitta/reflux tendency). – Rx 1) Avipattikar Churna – 1 tsp BD after food with warm water 2) Triphala tab – 2 tab HS with warm water 3) Aimil Gasex – 1–2 tabs after meals 4) Alkasip Syrup – 2 tsp in ½ glass lukewarm water, twice daily after meals —Advice: Warm light diet, avoid spicy/fried foods, walk after meals, stress control. ---- for 5 days
