Your symptoms suggest a long-standing Grahani disorder in Ayurveda, mainly involving Mandagni (weak digestion), Ama accumulation, and Pitta-Vata imbalance. Because digestion is not properly absorbing food, you may experience loose stools, bloating, sticky motions, skin flare-ups, fatigue, and weight changes together. The good thing is — you do not need to survive only on khichadi forever. The aim is to gradually rebuild digestion so you can tolerate normal homemade food comfortably. Diet You can take simple dal-chawal-sabji, but keep it: freshly cooked less oily mildly spiced warm, not refrigerated Prefer: Moong dal Old rice Lauki, tori, pumpkin, carrot Small amount of ghee Jeera, ajwain, dry ginger in cooking Avoid for some time: Fried food Bakery items Cold drinks Excess curd Paneer, heavy cheese Eating during extreme heat exposure Important Eating Habits Eat at fixed timings. Do not overeat even if hungry. Sip warm water after meals. Walk slowly for 10 minutes after eating. Avoid sleeping immediately after lunch. Helpful Ayurvedic Support Since you already respond to Grahi medicines, your digestion can improve with proper balance instead of only “stopping motions.” Rx Kutajghan Vati - 2 tab twice a day after meal Takrarishta- 15 ml twice a day after meal Avipattikar Churna (if acidity/heat present) Musta + Bilva combinations Amapachak support medicines For Skin Problems In Ayurveda, skin and gut are deeply connected. Once Ama and bowel irritation reduce, skin issues usually improve naturally. Neem, manjistha, and proper digestion correction help in long-term recovery. Lifestyle Avoid studying immediately after heavy meals. Sleep on time Heat and stress aggravate Pitta, which may explain worsening in hot weather.
