How to treat loose motion and bloating with frequent hunger and dizziness? - #54664

Facing loose motion but only once a day,bloating after eating, frequent hunger, dizziness sometimes, skin problem. Drinking cold water or eating watermelon makes motion more loose.If i take any grahi medicine then digestion becomes sluggish with sticky motion. Also on going inhot weather or taking heating medicine digestion improves but frequency of loose motion increases ( gut irritation). So dr told me i visham agni with mridu kosht.i think this my only problem pls help suggestsome good medicine
