Your symptoms clearly indicate Visham Agni with Vata dominance. That’s why digestion is irregular—sometimes loose, sometimes sticky, with bloating, coldness, and variable hunger. 1 month improvement is possible, but only with strict routine and diet control. Keep everything warm, simple, and regular. Avoid raw foods, salads, cold fruits, ice cream, and refrigerated items. Do not skip meals. Eat at fixed times daily. Prefer foods like warm khichdi, moong dal, rice, cooked vegetables, a little ghee. Avoid mixing too many food types in one meal. At home: Before meals – small piece of ginger + pinch of salt After meals – sip warm jeera water At night – warm water, avoid heavy dinner Do not overuse strong heating herbs, as in your case they are causing loose stools. Use mild support instead. Hingvastak churna – ¼ to ½ teaspoon with first bite of food Dadimashtaka churna – ½ teaspoon after meals Kutajghan vati – 1 tablet twice daily after food This combination balances digestion without making stools too loose. Follow strictly for 3–4 weeks. Gradually digestion will stabilise, bloating reduce, and stools become more formed. Consistency is the key in Visham Agni. Regards, Dr Raghuveer (Ayurvedacharya)
