I have been experiencing chronic bloating and a constant feeling of fullness in my stomach for the past few months.Even after eating small quantities of food, my stomach feels heavy and uncomfortable.There is a heat sensation near the stomach area and I face constipation.I sometimes experience severe menstrual pain (primary dysmenorrhea and pms.I have sleep disturbance — when I go to sleep around midnight, I wake up around 4 a.m. and cannot fall asleep again easily.please give me proper diet and medicine

Take Agnitundi Vati 1 tab twice daily before food with warm water Avipattikar Churna 3 g at night with warm water Hingwashtak Churna 2 g with first bite of food Ashokarishta 15 ml + equal water twice daily after food Triphala Churna 3 g at bedtime Diet Warm, light food only (kichadi, soups) Avoid spicy, oily, junk, tea/coffee at night Use jeera, ajwain, ginger in food Drink warm water whole day Routine Early dinner before 8 pm Sleep by 10–10:30 pm Mild yoga, pranayama daily
