Pushyanug churna 3 g twice daily with honey or rice water Ashokarishta 20 ml + equal water twice daily after meals Chandraprabha vati 2 tablets twice daily For discharge/infection: Triphala kwath vaginal wash once daily Pain relief: Continue warm fomentation Hingvashtak churna 1 g before meals Diet: Light, warm food; avoid spicy, sour, junk
