Hello, It’s really frustrating when you’ve been dealing with digestive issues for 5-6 years without lasting relief, even after trying common remedies like Triphala and Papaya. ​ ​Ayurveda mein ise ‘Jeerna Malabaddhata’ (Chronic Constipation) ya ‘Mandagni’ kehte hain. Jab digestion (Agni) weak ho jati hai, toh ‘Ama’ (toxins) jama hone lagte hain, jiske karan pet poori tarah saaf nahi hota. Sirf laxatives lene se kaam nahi chalta; humein digestive fire ko improve karna padta hai. ​ Ayurveda Medicines & Dosage 1. ​Laxinol-H capsule ​Dose: 1 capsule sote time gungune paani (warm water) ke saath lein. Yeh bowel movement ko regulate karne mein help karti hai. ​2. Abhayarishtam ​Dose: 15-20 ml ko barabar matra (equal quantity) paani ke saath milakar din mein do baar, khane ke baad lein. Yeh purani constipation ke liye best hai. ​3. Hinguvachadi Choornam ​Dose: 1-2 gram (half teaspoon) gungune paani ya thode ghee ke saath khane se pehle ya khane ke saath lein. Yeh gas aur bloating ko kam karke digestion sudharta hai. 4. 5–6 वर्षों से लगातार पाचन खराब रहना, शरीर में कमजोरी, थकान और किसी भी उपचार से पूरा लाभ न मिलना यह दर्शाता है कि शरीर में लंबे समय से अग्निमांद्य (कमजोर पाचन शक्ति) और आम दोष बना हुआ है। आयुर्वेद में जब भोजन ठीक से पचता नहीं, तब वही विषैले तत्व बनकर शरीर में घूमते रहते हैं और धीरे-धीरे कई समस्याएँ उत्पन्न करते हैं। आपके लक्षणों के अनुसार यह समस्या मुख्यतः वात-पित्त असंतुलन, कमजोर पाचन, आंतों की गड़बड़ी या लिवर की कार्यक्षमता कमजोर होने से जुड़ी हो सकती है। केवल सामान्य दवाओं या घरेलू उपायों से पुराने रोगों में हमेशा लाभ नहीं मिलता, इसलिए नियमित और सही दिशा में उपचार जरूरी होता ह • सुबह उठकर 1–2 गिलास गुनगुना पानी लें। • भोजन हमेशा समय पर और ताजा करें। • मैदा, फास्ट फूड, ज्यादा तेल-मसाला, कोल्ड ड्रिंक, फ्रिज का भोजन, अधिक चाय-कॉफी बंद करें। • रात का भोजन हल्का रखें — मूंग दाल खिचड़ी, दलिया, सूप आदि बेहतर रहेंगे। • खाने में अजवाइन, जीरा, सौंफ, अदरक और हल्दी का प्रयोग बढ़ाएँ। • दिन में बार-बार थोड़ा-थोड़ा भोजन करें, एक साथ बहुत भारी भोजन न लें। • भोजन के तुरंत बाद पानी अधिक मात्रा में न पिएँ। • कब्ज हो तो रात में चिकित्सकीय सलाह से हल्की मात्रा में त्रिफला दी जा सकती है। • गैस, पेट फूलना और अपच में हिंग्वाष्टक चूर्ण उपयोगी हो सकता है, लेकिन मात्रा आपकी प्रकृति अनुसार तय होती है। • अत्यधिक कमजोरी में आयुर्वेदिक रसायन चिकित्सा की आवश्यकता पड़ सकती है। • रोज 20–30 मिनट हल्की सैर और प्राणायाम करें, विशेषकर अनुलोम-विलोम। • तनाव और चिंता भी पाचन को खराब करते हैं, इसलिए मानसिक शांति बनाए रखें। यदि लंबे समय से समस्या बनी हुई है तो एक बार LFT, Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, Thyroid, Stool test और Ultrasound Abdomen जैसी जांच करवाना भी उपयोगी रहेगा, ताकि किसी छुपी हुई आंत या लिवर संबंधी समस्या को समझा जा सके।
