My 2 years baby boy has severe gut issue. har 2 mahine me usko loose motion, indigestion, stomach upset hota rehta hai. jiske karan wo bahut patla dubla ho gya hai. kya iska treatment ya koi medicine suggest ho sakti hai. Allopathy me sirf Antibiotics hai.
