I have problem of bleeding pile from last 12-15 year. Also have swelling around anus and painfull defection. When we eat something spicy or fried it is bleed I have also constipation problem from last 12 to 15 years

This condition appears to be due to aggravated Pitta and Vata dosha along with chronic constipation (Vibandha). The hardened stool and excessive straining cause injury to the anal veins, leading to bleeding piles (Raktarsha) and swelling. Spicy, fried foods further aggravate Pitta, increasing bleeding and irritation. Pain during defecation may also indicate associated anal fissure (Parikartika). ----Rx: 1) Tab. Pilex (Himalaya) 1 tab twice daily after food with lukewarm water 2) Nagkesar Churna 3 g twice daily with honey 3) Lodhrasava 15 ml twice daily after food with equal water 4) Erand Bhrasht Haritaki/ tab trifla 3 gm at bedtime with warm water/ 2 tab 5) arsh kuthar ras 2 tab twice daily after meal ---- Local Therapy Sitz Bath Lukewarm water with mild KMnO₄ crystals 10–15 minutes twice daily (morning & night) -After sitz bath: Apply Jatyadi Taila External anal region + gentle internal application with help of placing gauze piece — Advice High fiber diet (fruits, vegetables, whole grains) Avoid spicy, fried, and junk foods Drink plenty of water Avoid straining during stool Maintain regular bowel habit

bleeding piles (Rakta Arsha) are due to aggravated Pitta + Vata dosha, along with chronic constipation weakening the rectal veins. Ayurvedic Management 1. Internal Medicines Triphala churna 1 tsp at bedtime with warm water (relieves constipation) Kutajarishta 15–20 ml + equal water after meals (reduces bleeding & inflammation) Nagkesar powder + honey (½ tsp twice daily) to control bleeding Abhayarishta can be added for chronic piles with constipation 2. Local Treatment Apply Jatyadi oil or coconut oil gently on the anal area Do warm sitz bath (lukewarm water 10–15 min) twice daily for pain & swelling 3. Diet (Key Factor) Eat: fiber-rich diet (vegetables, fruits, whole grains), ghee, buttermilk Avoid: spicy, fried, non-veg excess, alcohol, tea/coffee 4. Lifestyle Do not strain during defecation Drink 2.5–3 liters water daily Regular bowel habit (same time daily) Light exercise like walking

According to ayurveda bleeding piles is often related to vitiation of Pitta dosha and Rakta Dhatu. And Pitta dosha is hot, sharp and oily in nature if u eat similar kind of foods, again it increases the dosha and leads to pain and bleeding. So first and foremost thing to do is Avoid Spicy, Hot, Oily, Salty and soury diet to reduce your symptoms. Include Diet which is light to digest and brings cooling - like buttermilk, coconut water, water melon, cucumber, green leafy vegetables, Rice, oats, Barley, Jowar, Veg Khichdi, Fruits, Bottle gourd, Ash gourd etc. Just only drinking more water is not sufficient. 1. Do Yogasanasa like - pavanamuktasana, Balasana, Malasana, Vajrasana, Uttanasana, Bhujangasana, 10-15min mild walking, All these helps in easy bowel movement treating constipation and improves digestion, reduces bloating 2. Include more fibre in your diet 3. sleep 7-8 hrs because sleeplessness also causes indigestion and constipation. 4. Sitz bath 2-3 times a day which helps in soothing and reducing the inflammation and pain Avoid - 1. Dont sit continuously for hours - get up and walk for 3-5 min every hourly or 2nd hourly 2. Dont skip the meals- Eat timely 3. Dont expose to sun, avoid over exposure to sun Medicines - 1. Nagakesara churna 3gm with buttermilk - AF BD 2. Abhayarshta 20ml in 45ml of water - AF BD 3. Tripahala Vati 1-1
