What diet plan can help with visham agni, bloating, and dizziness? - #54911
I am really fed up of this visham agni.Whatever i eat i get bloated.On having kitchari i don't get bloated but it makes me feel weal ,dizzy, dry mouth so i can't take it more than 2 days.Everyday i feel dizzy. I feel hungry frequently, sometimes hunger sensation is there but sometimes on getting hungry no sensation instead i started feeling dizzy, body aches. My motion is always shapeless.Extremely dry skin.If i wake up early i feel weak ,restless,dizziness,heartbeat increases. I tried bilvadi churna it makes motion well formed but sticky. Pls teĺl diet plan to correct it .
