लगातार सिर दर्द, भारीपन और नींद न आना वात-पित्त वृद्धि, तनाव, cervical strain, acidity या sinus कारण से हो सकता है। यदि BP high, vomiting, कमजोरी, blurred vision या severe headache हो तो जांच कराएं। Take Brahmi Vati 1 tablet सुबह-शाम भोजन बाद। Saraswatarishta 15 ml बराबर पानी मिलाकर रात में भोजन बाद। Ksheerabala Taila या ब्राह्मी तेल से रात को सिर व तलवों में हल्का massage करें। सोने से पहले हल्दी वाला गुनगुना दूध लें। Mobile, tea/coffee रात में कम करें। देर रात जागना, खाली पेट रहना और stress कम करें।

For a constant headache (Shirashool), a heavy feeling in the head (Shirogaurava), and insomnia (Anidra), Ayurveda suggests that there is likely an imbalance in Vata and Kapha doshas, often exacerbated by stress or an accumulation of toxins (Ama). External Therapies (Dinacharya) ​Nasya Karma: This is often considered the most important therapy for “Urdhvajatrugata” (diseases above the collarbone). Apply 2 drops of Anu Taila or warm Brahmi Ghee in each nostril in the morning on an empty stomach. This helps clear congestion and soothe the nervous system. •Brahmi & Shankhapushpi: Excellent medhya rasayanas (brain tonics) that reduce mental fatigue and heaviness. •​Saraswatarishta: 15–20 ml with an equal amount of water after meals can help stabilize the mind and improve sleep quality. •​Pathyadi Kadha: Frequently used specifically for chronic vascular or tension-type headaches. ​•Ashwagandha Churna: 3–5 grams with warm milk at night to address the underlying stress and insomnia. •Nidana Parivarjana (Avoiding the cause): Limit the use of screens (blue light) at least 2 hours before bed. Avoid heavy, cold, or fermented foods in the evening, as these increase Kapha and contribute to the “heavy” feeling •Pranayama: Practice Bhramari Pranayama (Bee Breath) for 5–10 minutes daily. It creates a soothing vibration that can alleviate the sensation of pressure in the head.

Aapke symptoms (constant headache, head heaviness aur insomnia) aksar stress, Vata imbalance, neck tension, irregular sleep aur overthinking se badhte hain. Isme migraine zaroori nahi hota. Caffeine (chai/coffee) din me limit karein aur shaam ke baad bilkul avoid karein. Late night mobile/screen use band karein. Raat ka khana halka rakhein aur sone ka fixed time rakhein. Ghar par: Sar aur neck par halke garam til oil se massage karein aur sone se pehle 10–15 min warm compress helpful hota hai. Deep breathing ya 5–10 min meditation bhi zaroor karein. Brahmi vati – 1 tablet twice daily after food Ashwagandha capsule – 1 capsule at bedtime Sarpagandha vati – 1 tablet at night (BP normal ho tab hi use karein) Saath me: Raat ko warm milk with pinch nutmeg Din me proper hydration Agar headache continuous ho, vision issues, vomiting ya dizziness ho to neurological evaluation zaroor karwana chahiye.
