आयुर्वेद के अनुसार यह समस्या गैस, अम्लपित्त (Acidity), बढ़ा हुआ वात दोष, तनाव या कमजोर पाचन के कारण हो सकती है। गैस निकलने के बाद राहत मिलना पाचन संबंधी कारण की ओर संकेत करता है। फिर भी अचानक सीने में भारीपन, तेज धड़कन, घबराहट, चक्कर या चुभन को केवल गैस समझकर नजरअंदाज नहीं करना चाहिए, क्योंकि कभी-कभी यह हृदय संबंधी समस्या का संकेत भी हो सकता है। घरेलू एवं आयुर्वेदिक उपाय: गुनगुना पानी और हल्का भोजन लें अजवाइन + काला नमक भोजन बाद लें तला-भुना, मसालेदार भोजन, चाय-कॉफी और देर रात भोजन से बचें रोज़ 20–30 मिनट टहलना और गहरी सांस (प्राणायाम) करें हिंग्वाष्टक चूर्ण या अविपत्तिकर चूर्ण लाभकारी हो सकता है अर्जुन छाल हृदय स्वास्थ्य के लिए उपयोगी मानी जाती है

यह केवल “फंसी गैस” भी हो सकती है, लेकिन छाती में दर्द, चक्कर और धड़कन तेज होना कभी-कभी heart problem, acidity/GERD या anxiety से भी जुड़ा हो सकता है। अगर दर्द ज्यादा हो, सांस फूलना, पसीना, हाथ/जबड़े में दर्द हो तो तुरंत ECG और डॉक्टर जांच कराएं। Take Hingvastak Churna 3 gm खाने के बाद गुनगुने पानी/घी के साथ दिन में 2 बार Arjunarishta 15 ml + बराबर पानी दिन में 2 बार भोजन बाद Sutshekhar Ras 1 गोली सुबह-शाम भोजन बाद गैस और ऐंठन में अजवाइन + काला नमक आधा-आधा चम्मच गुनगुने पानी से Diet तला-भुना, ज्यादा चाय, cold drinks, देर रात खाना बंद करें। थोड़ा-थोड़ा भोजन करें, खाने के तुरंत बाद न लेटें।

Aapki problem gas ka ho sakta hai. Took some medicines for 1 week and follow up about the condition. 1. Laghu sutasekhar rasa 1-0-1 after food. 2. Dhanwantaram gulika 1-1-1 before food. 3. Hinguvachadi choornam 1/2 tsp after food at lunch time. - Took Cumin, coriander, fennal tea. Include more fibrous foods in diet. Take care, Dr. Shaniba
