Arogyavardhini Vati 1 tablet twice daily after food with lukewarm water 2. Punarnava Mandur 1 tablet twice daily after food 3. Triphala Churna 1 teaspoon at bedtime with warm water 4. Ashwagandha Churna 1 teaspoon twice daily with milk ----Pathya (Diet advice): Iron-rich foods: pomegranate, beetroot, jaggery, green leafy vegetables Adequate water intake Avoid consumption of slate pencil / namakatti strictly ----Lifestyle: Pranayama (Anulom Vilom, Bhramari) Stress reduction techniques

Eating slate pencil and namakatti frequently is commonly linked with Pica, which in Ayurveda is often related to Vata imbalance, stress, and deficiency of minerals like iron or calcium. Constipation also suggests aggravated Vata. Ayurvedic Advice Avoid keeping slate pencil or namakatti near you. Whenever craving starts, chew: roasted fennel (saunf), sesame seeds, or small pieces of dry coconut. Drink warm water regularly and avoid skipping meals. Take iron- and calcium-rich foods: dates, black raisins, jaggery, sesame, green vegetables, milk. Helpful Ayurvedic Support Praval Pishti and Mukta Shukti Bhasma may help reduce cravings related to calcium deficiency. For constipation: take 1 tsp Triphala churna with warm water at bedtime.
