Ashwagandha Churna 1 teaspoon twice daily with milk ----Pathya (Diet advice): Iron-rich foods: pomegranate, beetroot, jaggery, green leafy vegetables Adequate water intake Avoid consumption of slate pencil / namakatti strictly ----Lifestyle: Pranayama (Anulom Vilom, Bhramari) Stress reduction techniques

Rx 1.Dhatri lauh 1 tab twice daily with water after meals 2.Punarnavasva 15 ml with 15 ml water twice daily after meals 3.Vudangarishta 15 ml with 15 ml water twice daily after meals 4.Ajwain (Carom Seeds) with Black Salt: Since you have constipation, take 1/2 teaspoon of Ajwain with a pinch of black salt and warm water at night. This will help clear the “clay” stuck in your intestines. 🛑 Action Plan to Stop -Immediate Blood Test: You must get a Complete Blood Count (CBC) and Serum Ferritin test. If your iron levels are very low, these cravings will not go away with willpower alone; you will need iron supplements. -Substitute the Crunch: When you feel the stress/urge, chew on roasted Makhana (Fox Nuts), dry roasted chickpeas (Chana), or fennel seeds (Saunf). They provide the “crunch” without the toxicity. -Hydration: Drink plenty of water. Clay absorbs water in your gut, leading to the constipation you mentioned. Staying hydrated helps flush out the particles.
