I am suffering from docs problem ,Age 44 female, pain in full body which is moved in verious part,in 2015 I am advice Tab. Yograj BD Maharasnadi kwath BD after meal Please give second opinion

In Ayurveda, your condition appears closer to Vata-Ama disorder — where weak digestion creates toxins (Ama) that circulate in the body and cause migrating pain, heaviness, fatigue, acidity, and stiffness. Common signs matching your symptoms: Pain shifting from one body part to another Low energy and tiredness Indigestion/acidity Body ache without fixed trigger Symptoms worsening with irregular food or stress Current medicines: Yograj Guggulu — helps reduce Vata, joint-muscle pain, stiffness, and improves circulation. Maharasnadi Kwath — useful for chronic body pain, muscular weakness, nerve discomfort, and Vata disorders. General Ayurvedic dosage often used: Yograj Guggulu: 1–2 tablets twice daily after meals with warm water. Maharasnadi Kwath: 15–20 ml with equal warm water twice daily after food. Lifestyle and diet: Prefer warm freshly cooked meals. Avoid cold water, bakery items, fermented food, excess sour/spicy food, and daytime sleeping. Add turmeric, dry ginger, ajwain, and garlic moderately in diet. Daily mild oil massage with sesame oil followed by warm bath can help. Gentle yoga, walking, and stretching improve circulation and reduce stiffness.
