How to treat sticky motion, bloating, and skin rashes with Ayurveda? - #55220
See i think I have pitta + kapha dosha with aam & mandagni or visham agni ( bcoz of this season). So i experience sticky shapeless motion once a day with severe bloating, skin rashes on cheeks, dizziness on hungry, frequent hunger, weight gain. So will medicine be appropriate for me? 1) chitrakadi vati 2 tab before meal 2) bilvadi churna after meal 3) Avipattikar churna at night Only chitrakadi clears sticky motion.I tried panchkol for digesting aam but it's not clearing stickiness also if i take bilvadi alone then it leads to well formed but sticky motion. I can't follow light diet i can only avoid raw foods, lentils, curd, oily & sour food. So will above treatment work?

Your symptoms suggest Kapha-Pitta dushti with Ama, Mandagni and mild Grahani imbalance. Sticky stools, bloating, heaviness, rashes, frequent hunger with dizziness, and weight gain usually indicate improper digestion with toxin accumulation (Ama) rather than only one dosha. The combination you mentioned can help, but it should be used in a balanced and moderate way because excessive Deepana medicines may aggravate Pitta and skin rashes. About your medicines Chitrakadi Vati – Good for Ama, sticky stools, bloating and weak digestion. Take 1 tablet twice daily before meals with warm water (not 2 tablets initially). Bilvadi Churna – Helpful for shapeless stools and Grahani. Take ½–1 tsp after lunch and dinner with warm water. Avipattikar Churna – Suitable if there is hidden Pitta aggravation like rashes, acidity, heat, burning or excessive hunger. Take 1 tsp at bedtime with lukewarm water. Yes, this combination may work for you if taken carefully for 4–6 weeks along with diet regulation. Important observation Since only Chitrakadi clears stickiness, it means: Ama and weak digestion are the main root problem. But overuse may increase Pitta and worsen facial rashes or dizziness. So keep dosage moderate. Diet advice (most important) You already identified many triggers correctly. Prefer: Warm freshly cooked food Jeera, ajwain, coriander, small ginger Old rice, moong khichdi, thin dal Light dinner before 8 pm Warm water throughout the day Avoid: Cold water Bakery, cheese, excess wheat, fried foods Day sleeping Eating again before previous meal digests Simple Ayurvedic support Takra (thin buttermilk) with roasted jeera after lunch can help Grahani if it suits you and does not worsen rashes. 10 minutes walking after meals will reduce bloating significantly.
