I feel constant strain in my forehead and whole face when I am in hilly areas. Along with this, I have constant strain in my eyes too with my glasses. Due to this, I feel stressed throughout the day

Line of Treatment (Chikitsa Sutra) ​The treatment strategy must focus on Vata-Shamana (calming Vata), Snehana (oleation to counter dryness and constriction), and Chakshushya (eye-strengthening) therapies. ​1. Sthanik Chikitsa (Local Therapies) ••​Shiroabhyanga & Mukhabhyanga: Daily gentle application of Ksheerabala Taila or Maha Triphala Ghrita (lukewarm) on the forehead, temple region, and facial muscles. This counteracts the Sheeta and Ruksha guna of the hills, relaxing the tense Snaayu. ••​Upanaha / Sveda: Mild, localized sudation. Applying a warm compress or a herbal poultice (Vata-hara herbs) over the forehead helps dilate localized channels and relieves the tension. ••​Akshi Tarpana: This is highly recommended for the eye strain. Administering Maha Triphala Ghrita pool over the eyes for a specific duration will provide deep nourishment to Alochaka Pitta and pacify local Vata. ••​Pratimarsha Nasya: Daily instillation of 2 drops of Anu Taila or Shadbindu Taila in each nostril in the morning. “Nasa hi shiraso dvaram”—it will strengthen the nervous system, reduce facial strain, and improve tolerance to cold winds. Formulation Class Specific Recommendations Dosage & Anupana Clinical Rationale ••Ghrita Kalpana Maha Triphala Ghrita or Jeevantyadi Ghrita 1 tsp (5-10g) with warm water/milk on an empty stomach in the morning. Best for Chakshushya (eye health) and pacifying Vata-Pitta induced strain. ••Rasayana / Balya Saptamrit Lauh 1-2 tablets (250-500mg) twice daily with honey and Ghrita (unequal quantity).
