What to do for wart-like growths on my knuckles that aren't painful or itchy? - #56195

I got a cut on my hand a while back, my knuckles to be exact and it healed, but I now have what looks like a wart. Its not painful, or itchy. There is another, less pronounced wart looking cluster on the same hand, on a different knuckle. I notice whenever I take a shower, my hands wrinkles a lot and almost looks like i’ve been soaking them in water for a while when it has only been 5 minute. I’m not sure if its wart of something mor serious, like a lack of some nutrient in my blood. It has been years that they’ve been on my hand, and i’m not sure what to do.
